Ingredients

for 4 people
friggitelli
Minced meat (also mixed)
Bread crumbs
1 egg milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
salt and pepper

Method

Take the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, a little bread crumbs, egg and some milk. Cut the top to remove the seeds inside making attention not to break the outside, then fill them with seasoned meat (you can store the stem and use it to close, it makes a nice effect). Place in preheated oven for about twenty minutes and serve.
