Recipes based on Friggitelli
  Spaghetti with friarelli  


400 gr of spaghetti
500 gr of Friggitelli
500 gr of tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
A few leaves of basil
Extra virgin olive
oil salt and pepper q.b.


Wash and dry the friarelli and let them fry in skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil and a clove of garlic, salt and peppered. In a separate pan, fry the garlic and add the cherry tomatoes cutted in half, salted and flavoured with chopped basil. When cooked, transfer the tomato sauce in the skillet and mix well friarelli. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, drain it, and pour into the pan of friarelli sauce, stir and serve.
