  Friggitelli with sauce  


Friggitelli 1/2 kg
3 hg tomatoes
salt oil


Cover with water the tomatoes and add a pinch of salt. Allow to cook until water evaporates. Add a little oil and a clove of garlic, add some water and cook for another moment. Apart cut friarelli into rounds and once heated the oil in a large pan let them fry seasoning with salt. When cooked, add the previously prepared tomato sauce and simmer until the sauce thickens.
