Indeed, the self-monitoring system is constantly verified and updated in compliance with BRC, IFS and GLOBALG.A.P. standards and on the basis of constantly-evolving regulations, always achieving the highest levels of evaluation.

The conformity of the products to quality standards is checked on a daily basis, and checks are also made on hygiene (well beyond the batch checks carried out by the ASL – Local Health and Safety Units), traceability, and compliance with food-labelling rules. Furthermore, every year the self-monitoring system is updated in compliance with the ‘Hygiene Package’ in accordance with EC Reg. 852/2004 on food safety.
