Cucumber, sesame and chilli salad

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- fresh chilli pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash the cucumbers, slice off the ends and rub the tip of the cucumber briefly to remove any bitterness.
- Peel them and cut them into slices and transfer them to a salad bowl. Was the fresh chilli pepper, remove the seeds and slice it very thinly into rounds.
- Season with extra-virgin olive oil, pepper and fine salt.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without any oil.
- Once toasted, add them to the cucumbers, mix well and taste.
