Cucumber, sesame and chilli salad

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • fresh chilli pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Preparation
  • Wash the cucumbers, slice off the ends and rub the tip of the cucumber briefly to remove any bitterness.
  • Peel them and cut them into slices and transfer them to a salad bowl. Was the fresh chilli pepper, remove the seeds and slice it very thinly into rounds.
  • Season with extra-virgin olive oil, pepper and fine salt.
  • Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without any oil.
  • Once toasted, add them to the cucumbers, mix well and taste.
