Marinated smoked salmon with red onion and green pepper

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • green pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • Finely slice the red onion.
  • Arrange the slices of salmon on a serving dish.
  • Sprinkle the onion and the green pepper evenly over the slices and dress with a vinaigrette made with salt, the juice of ½ lemon and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Cover with food-quality cling film/plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
