Stuffed spicy chilli peppers

Ingredients for 4 people
- Chilli peppers
- white wine
- vinegar
- capers
- anchovies
- tuna
- vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower)
Preparation
- Remove the seeds, wash and dry the peppers.
- Boil them in an even amount of vinegar and wine for 4-5 minutes.
- After drying them on a clean cloth, fill them to taste: with capers and tuna, anchovies and capers or eat as they are, preserved under oil.
- Put the jars in boiling water and follow the usual procedure for sterilizing them. The peppers can now also be consumed during the winter.
