Stuffed spicy chilli peppers

Ingredients for 4 people
  • Chilli peppers
  • white wine
  • vinegar
  • capers
  • anchovies
  • tuna
  • vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower)
Preparation
  • Remove the seeds, wash and dry the peppers.
  • Boil them in an even amount of vinegar and wine for 4-5 minutes.
  • After drying them on a clean cloth, fill them to taste: with capers and tuna, anchovies and capers or eat as they are, preserved under oil.
  • Put the jars in boiling water and follow the usual procedure for sterilizing them. The peppers can now also be consumed during the winter.
