Carpaccio of round courgettes, with feta cheese and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 round courgettes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 8 walnuts
- lemon
- dill
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash and dry the courgettes. Cut them horizontally into very thin slices and arrange them on a plate.
- Season with the juice of half a lemon, oil, salt, pepper, and a few leaves of dill.
- Finish the dish by sprinkling the courgettes with walnuts and the crumbled feta.
