Carpaccio of round courgettes, with feta cheese and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 2 round courgettes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 8 walnuts
  • lemon
  • dill
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Wash and dry the courgettes. Cut them horizontally into very thin slices and arrange them on a plate.
  • Season with the juice of half a lemon, oil, salt, pepper, and a few leaves of dill.
  • Finish the dish by sprinkling the courgettes with walnuts and the crumbled feta.
