Pesto with radicchio

Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 heads of radicchio
- 50 g blanched almonds
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Wash the radicchio and cut the leaves into little strips.
- Whisk in a blender adding extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the blanched almonds and continue to blend everything together.
- Serve it on slices of hot bread or use as a sauce for pasta.
