Sea bream with radicchio and olives

Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 medium head of radicchio
- Taggiasca olives
- 4 sea bream fillets
- 2 ladles milk
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- In a pan, fry the anchovies with a little oil until they dissolve.
- Add the clean radicchio cut into strips, adding the chopped olives. Place the fillets of sea bream in the pan with the milk and add a pinch of pepper.
- Season with salt and cook with the lid on until the fish is soft.
