Sea bream with radicchio and olives

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 medium head of radicchio
  • Taggiasca olives
  • 4 sea bream fillets
  • 2 ladles milk
  • extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  • In a pan, fry the anchovies with a little oil until they dissolve.
  • Add the clean radicchio cut into strips, adding the chopped olives. Place the fillets of sea bream in the pan with the milk and add a pinch of pepper.
  • Season with salt and cook with the lid on until the fish is soft.
